Our client, a leader in the iGaming sector, is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (Swedish Speaking) on a full-time basis.
Interact with and give support to customers by assisting them and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via email, chat or phone.
Work with other departments to ensure customer queries are tackled in a correct and timely fashion
Work closely with the payments team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
