Our client, a leader in the iGaming sector, is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (German Speaking) on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Interact with and give support to customers by assisting them and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via email, chat or phone. 

Work with other departments to ensure customer queries are tackled in a correct and timely fashion 

Work closely with the payments team 

Strive to retain customers 

Give support to colleagues

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Customer Service focused

Exemplary and responsible team player

Strong sense of initiative

Able to work well under pressure

Excellent Computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications

Skills:

Be goal-oriented and able to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team

Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
