Our client, a leader in the iGaming sector, is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (Danish Speaking) on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Interact with and give support to customers by assisting them and providing a welcoming and pleasant experience via email, chat or phone. 

Work with other departments to ensure customer queries are tackled in a correct and timely fashion 

Work closely with the payments team 

Strive to retain customers 

Give support to colleagues

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English​

Customer Service focused

Exemplary and responsible team player

Strong sense of initiative

Able to work well under pressure

Excellent Computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications

Skills:

Be goal-oriented and able to work on his/her own initiative and as part of a team

Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
