One of our clients, a leader within the retail industry, is seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a full-time basis.
Provide support and information to customers, over the phone, e-mails and in person;
Support interaction with various suppliers, and being proactive in sourcing new ones;
Handle, follow up and close pending customer related issues, in line with the service levels and performance indicators set;
Maintain efficient and comprehensive records and prepare basic reports as required.
Preferably have experience in a similar role;
Proficient in office applications and have experience working on ticketing and customer relations management systems
A sound technical knowledge and/or qualifications will be an asset.
Possess a clean police conduct;
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Maltese as well
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
