One of our clients, a leader within the financial services industry, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer on a full-time basis.
Reconciliation of payments received in bank accounts;
Handling all service calls and emails from Banks and intermediaries;
Processing of action related to policies such as refunds, top-ups, alterations, premium payment, policy revival etc;
Coordinate with IT Unit and process as appropriate issuance of notifications and valuations;
Minimum A level standard education;
1+ year experience in a similar role;
Experience in insurance would be considered an asset;
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and preferably Maltese.
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
