Global Sales Manager

One of our clients within the Installations & Assembly Industry is seeking to recruit a full-time Global Sales Manager to lead and manage the department by promoting and concluding sales through effective marketing and other proactive initiatives to support the Company's vision. 


Establish and implement sales plan and strategies with reports and updates;

Advising the management team regarding business development procedures;

Manage detailed queries and quotations;

Identify up-selling opportunities and new revenue streams ensure data gathered is correct;

Looking after marketing, advertising and networking opportunities to enforce the company brand;

Analysing business trends for new services and products as well as established standards for the company's ISO certificate and quality management systems;

Supporting internal and external auditing teams;

Making sure all company quality control expectations are met;

Using management systems to analyse teams performance and to make recommendations for internal training;


Have a positive attitude, lead by example and be organised within the workplace;

Is a proven and experienced leader;

Excellent communication skills and team player


Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;

Preferably an MQF level 5/6 qualification in sales and marketing or similar subject;

Must have knowledge about consumer law and standards;

Fluent in written and English and preferably Maltese as well

Proficient in MS Office applications, internet, etc

A valid driving licence;
