One of our clients within the catering industry is seeking to recruit a full-time Technical Manager. Reporting to the Director your responsibilities and duties will include.
Communicate with the team and implement the organisation's operational guidelines, standards and policies relating to installations and repairs
Monitor and manage day to day operational activities
Provide help and advice to customers using company's products and services
Improve customer service procedures for the department
Investigate and resolve customer's issues and complaints regarding operational matters
Ensure adequate stock levels of parts
Handle all warranty claims with suppliers
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
A degree or diploma in engineering will be considered as an asset
A proven track record in a similar role
A clean and valid driving licence
Possess an excellent command of the English and Maltese languages (written and spoken)
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Have a can-do attitude
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
