Our client, specialising in Banking Services is seeking to recruit a Trainer. Reproting to the Training Manager your responsibilities will include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of training material, including that of the induction and cashiering training programmes, and delivering the necessary courses in line with the annual Training Plan
Responsible for the drafting of the pre and post assessment training questionnaire and its administration
Creating a Resource Centre System, maintaining a proper inventory of the material/books and keeping track of its circulation
Providing feedback to the Training Manager on the participation and involvement of participants and suggest improvement actions
Analysing participants’ feedback on the training courses delivered and suggest improvement actions
Participating in various EU Training Support frameworks such as ‘Investing in Skills’ scheme to apply and obtain training costs refunds for eligible courses
Possess a qualification in banking, finance or related field
3 years experience with a financial institution
Previous experience as a trainer would be an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and oral).
Organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
Able to work with a team
