Our client, a leader within the software development sector, is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls or emails while providing basic information when needed.
Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
Organise resources for meetings and prepare training certificates.
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
Prepare contracts and sales invoices, daily billing and updating of records and systems.
Record and post payments.
Assist other departments when needed.
Update employee sick leave records.
Monitor director’s calendar.
Prepare VAT declarations and transfer of agreements.
Excellent in English and Maltese communication with good telephone manners.
In a possession of a valid driving license.
Well-organised, efficient and able to multi-task.
Friendly and polite with a positive outlook.
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
