Our client, a leading Corporate Services provider, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full-time basis. In this role your responsibilities will include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring of board rooms to guarantee they are well kept and replenished at all times

Managing assigned tasks and conduct errands to ensure operational continuity

Dealing with general administration work to support the departments

Manage Reception desk and the respective duties

Meeting and greeting clients and all visitors to ensure their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded, in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining client areas to the highest standard


Ability to communicate efficiently

Ability to work independently and within a team

Pleasant, client oriented personality


Fluency in English and Maltese (both spoken and written)

Minimum O-level academical knowledge

Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or a related sector
