Paragon Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Projects Executive on behalf of one of our clients within the Manufacturing Industry.
In this role you will be reporting to the CEO and Engineering Services Manager and will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning projects within an acceptable period from award/confirmation, providing action plans with time frames for completion, ensuring staffing requirements and allotment of available resources
Provide approved submittals to the Production & Assembly team, coordinate and follow up with the appropriate departments to ensure that all required material is ready prior to the project start date.
Liaise with inter-departments in order to comply with the fulfillment of works.
Track job progress and provide action plans with a time frame for completion.
Regularly report project status to senior management and highlight potential problems.
Participate in site activities such as site coordination with architects, consultants, builders and site supervisor, etc.
Proactively manage customer communication throughout the project.
Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project data is kept up-to-date and accurate for reporting and auditing purposes.
Ensure an efficient final testing of the equipment and handover to the After Sales Department.
Manage and closely monitor related outsourcing services, third-party suppliers and employees, ensuring optimum standards are reached and compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee the preservation of both the clients’ and company’s property and equipment.
Be aware of and follow Health and Safety procedures in accordance to legislation
Attend any training provided by the Company
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols.
Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Organised, works independently and able to prioritise his/her work load.
Results oriented and achieve deadlines.
Able to work in a team.
Preferably MQF Level 4/5 Diploma in Project Management and/or 5 years experience in project management and/or supervision experience
Familiar with a range of small to large and complex projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Engineering or technical background will be considered an asset.
Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Maltese.
A valid Maltese driving license.
Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and electronic devices.
