Paragon Europe, Malta is looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. Technical Administrator will report to the After Sales manager and Administrative Support Team Leader to specifically manage the lifts’ certification process.
A typical day might include:
Establish effective working relationships with customers, subcontractors and engineers
Ensure that high-quality service and standard with due recognition of the client is assured
Act as an intermediary between the Technical Engineer and the Client
Facilitate the planning and scheduling of lifts
Provide detailed schedules of the work progress
Follow up on snag lists forwarded by the engineer to ensure lift installed is in conformity with the certification standards
Issue repair quotes
Use an ERP system for data, reports, etc
Provide effective and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding technical .information, resolution of issues and achievement of milestones listed in the snag lists
Build positive relationships with customers
Health and safety awareness
Maintain customer’s trust relationship by keeping service information confidential
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

You also possess:
Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role within a technical industry preferably in a customer-oriented environment
Sound understanding of technical terms within this industry
Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and preferably also Maltese
Advanced proficiency with the computing and electronic devices
Possess a valid driving licence.
