Paragon Europe, Malta is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Team Leader Customer Support Swedish Speaking in the I-Gaming Sector on a full-time basis.
A typical day might include:
Supporting agents with their personal development
Reviewing of tickets for quality assurance and to help agents grow
Setting up a schedule
Developing and updating material and procedures for the team
Assist in the recruitment process
Aid manager with any tasks that need to be completed
Assure emails, KYC and chats are handled in a timely and proper manner
Maintain great knowledge of all products and websites
At all times have a positive, professional and approachable attitude.
You are good at :
Helping agents with any difficult cases, escalations, questions, or technical problems
Can work well under pressure
Being an exemplary and responsible team player
Training of new team members.
You also possess :
1+ year of iGaming experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Swedish and English).
