Paragon Europe in Malta is looking to recruit a Human Resources Support Services Executive to join one of their clients within the manufacturing industry on a full-time basis.
A typical day might include:
Developing and implementing, supporting, and reviewing HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems;
Assisting line managers to develop job descriptions; keeping up to date the HR system and personnel files;
Facilitating the communication of job descriptions with employees;
Assisting the HR Services Manager and the Group HR Manager in the job evaluation process;
Participating actively in the various employee relations programs and activities to establish positive employer-employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale;
Promoting and assist the employee well-being policy and implement the various activities in line with budget constraints;
Maintaining good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction;
Supporting in the administrative functions of the HR Services area as necessary.
You must possess:
A minimum a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, together with an A Level Standard of education, with good and fluent writing skills in English;
Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in an HR environment, preferably in the area of Employee Relations;
Effective communication at all levels;
Possess good organizational skills;
Possess very strong leadership and team facilitation skills;
Be ICT literate including presentation skills;
The Maltese language will be considered an asset but not a must.
